Roasted Chicken Rice.

  1. A) Chicken.

  11. 1 Adabi brand soup spices.
  12. 1/2 chicken bones.
  13. 2 tbsp Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  14. 1 litre of water.
  15. C) Rice.
  16. 3 cups of rice.
  17. 2 tbsp of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  18. 0.5 tbsp of tumeric powder.
  19. Salt.
  20. D) Chilly sauce/paste.
  21. 5 red chillies.
  22. 5 clove of garlic.
  23. 2 cm ginger.
  24. 1 tbsp of vinegar & sugar.
  25. 1/2 cup of water.
  26. Recommended garnishing :-.
  27. Lettuce.
  28. Sliced tomato.

Penyediaan awal

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 10 mins.
  2. Lightly pan-fry chicken for 3 mins or until chicken turns light brown. Place chicken on baking tray and bake in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins.
  3. Mixed all ingredients (B) and bring to a boil.
  4. Mixed ingredients (C) in washed rice and cook in a rice cooker. If you are not using the concentrated chicken stock, use the chicken soup to cook the rice.
  5. Blend all ingredients (D) and cook for about 2 mins if you like.
  6. Plate the chicken and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
