Roasted Chicken Rice.
Kalian dapat masak Roasted Chicken Rice memakai 28 ramuan dan 6 langkah. Berikut cara kalian sajikan itu.
Ramuan
- A) Chicken.
- 1/2 chicken (cut into medium-sized).
- 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce.
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce.
- 1/5 tbsp honey (optional).
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper (optional).
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger juice (use lemon juice, if unavailable).
- 5 cloves garlic (grind).
- 0.5 inch ginger (grind).
- B) Soup.
- 1 Adabi brand soup spices.
- 1/2 chicken bones.
- 2 tbsp Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
- 1 litre of water.
- C) Rice.
- 3 cups of rice.
- 2 tbsp of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
- 0.5 tbsp of tumeric powder.
- Salt.
- D) Chilly sauce/paste.
- 5 red chillies.
- 5 clove of garlic.
- 2 cm ginger.
- 1 tbsp of vinegar & sugar.
- 1/2 cup of water.
- Recommended garnishing :-.
- Lettuce.
- Sliced tomato.
Penyediaan awal
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 10 mins.
- Lightly pan-fry chicken for 3 mins or until chicken turns light brown. Place chicken on baking tray and bake in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins.
- Mixed all ingredients (B) and bring to a boil.
- Mixed ingredients (C) in washed rice and cook in a rice cooker. If you are not using the concentrated chicken stock, use the chicken soup to cook the rice.
- Blend all ingredients (D) and cook for about 2 mins if you like.
- Plate the chicken and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
