- 2 slices Ginger.
- 2 table spoon Sesame oil.
- 1 cup Rice (I used Japanese rice).
- 8 cups Hot water.
- To taste Salt and pepper.
- Leek or any other vegetable for topping.
- 1 Ready made deep fried tofu (if it's available).
- 2 table spoon Soy sauce (for deep fried tofu).
