- 1 kg tulang lembu } rebus hingga lembut isinya.
- 1 1/2 ubi keledek }rebus & kisar.
- 4 biji ubi kentang } rebus & kisar.
- 1/2 kg udang basah.
- 20 tangkai cili kering ]kisar halus -kepedasan ikut citarasa.
- 1 inci halia.
- 4-5 biji lada putih }tumbuk halus.
- 4 s/b sos cili.
- gula & garam secukup rasa.
- sedikit kacang tanah yang ditumbuk (tak nak bubuh pun bole).

- Utk kuah -ubi kentang N keledek yg telah direbus kisar hingga halus......masukkan semula kedalam air rebusan tadi...(sbb air dia ada kemanisan ubi...jgn buang).
- Masukkan ubi yang dikisar dan air rebusan kedalam rebusan tulang.. gaul sebati...
- Kacau hingga mendidih....
- Masukkan cili kisar, halia, lada putih & sos cili... kacau rata biar hingga mendidih... hingga mendidih....
- Masukkan udang.... perlahan kan api.... bubuh sedikit kacamg tanah yang telah ditumbuk.. kacau sebati.. bubuh gula & garam secukup rasa.... biarkan ia mereneh dl dlm 10-20 minit......biarkan kuah pekat skit.

- Menurut ibu mertua Aznie kita bole juga tambah ubi kayu rebus yang dikisar kedalam kuah ni.. rasa dia lagi sedap.. Aznie belum pernah cuba lagi.. lain kali nak cuba juga...
- Penambahan halia kedalam kuah mee rebus menurut ibu mertua bertujuan untuk kurang kan angin pada kuah.. sebab kita guna ubi.. jadi bole makan banyak-banyak.. tak de angin....
