- 1 batang kulit kayu manis.
- 2 biji bunga lawang.
- 3 biji buah pelaga.
- 1 biji bawang besar.

- 1/2 ketul gula melaka.
- 5 sudu Besar kicap manis.
- 1 cawan air.

- 1 biji cili merah dihiris.
